PathNavigate: A Training-Free Pathology Agent with Surprise-Guided Scan and Shared Slide Memory for Whole-Slide Image VQA
PathNavigate is a training-free pathology agent for whole-slide visual question answering. Its scan-search-readout workflow uses shared slide memory to identify unusual regions before question-guided inspection, then gathers high-resolution evidence for answers without task-specific retraining.
