Modeling Whole-Slide Images as Dynamic Tumor Microenvironment Fields

TMEvolve models whole-slide images as dynamic tumor microenvironment fields over patch graphs. It forms adaptive tissue regions and evolves their representations through within-region diffusion and concept-guided interactions across region boundaries, improving survival, gene expression, and histological subtype prediction across six datasets.
